Caramel French Pâtisserie is an artisan business. Everything is made from scratch using as few tools as possible. They knead their doughs by hand, stir the creams, whip the batters, and always put a dash of love in everything they do. A French “ Pastry Chef" making traditional French pastries, desserts, and confections. They look forward to meeting all their regulars and new customers at every market on Saturdays, and are happy to answer questions you might have about the history and the names of the desserts they make. They will always vend their famous “Cannelés”. Come and try one! Baking is a passion they are very happy to share!
