Elegant Elephant Baking Co., like most things in life, was born out of necessity. Founded in May of 2012 by Jessie Scarola in Eugene, OR, she was tired of a dismal selection of celiac-friendly pastries and treats. So, Jessie took her highly praised homemade gluten-free recipes into the Incubator kitchen of Hummingbird Wholesale – and from there, into the world!

 

Elegant Elephant Baking Co. currently specializes in gluten-free desserts and pastries, including “not your average cookies”, “twisted berry scones”, and “brownie bites.”  Gluten-free is all they do, and they aim to be the very best, using fresh local, organic, non-GMO ingredients whenever possible, to create delicious and beautiful gluten-free treats!
