Lola's Fruit Shrubs started in Eugene, Oregon in 2013.  They make berry and citrus based shrub, or American style drinking vinegars.  Shrub is a colonial American tradition of preserving fruit by packing it in vinegar.  Once the vinegar is infused, the fruit is strained off and a drink made with the vinegar.  Lol's fruit shrubs are not the concentrated vinegar but ready-to-drink, diluted beverages.
