She is affectionately known around the community as "The salsa and tamale lady."  Her 3 salsas (Original, Verde & Chicano Chile) can be found at all Eugene Market of Choice locations and Cappella Market.  In fact, her salsa Verde was recently featured on KTMR's "Joel in the Garden".  Her homemade tamales can be found sold by the half dozen at the Lane County Farmers Saturday and Tuesday Markets and Pic-a-Dilly.
