The Sushi Star Brigade had been operating a vending booth at festivals in the northwest for the last two years.  They offer a fun, circusy experience along with fresh, organic food.  Everything they serve is made with vegan, organic, and gluten-free ingredients.  Their plan is to create a fleet of sushi star ships and go on food education circus tours around the globe.
